Laura works in the law sector for the company Conscious Solutions, helping law firms become more successful online. With a strong background in business development and key account management for names such as Cranfield School of Management and Etex, Laura is outstanding at getting to the heart of an organisation’s true values. Outside of her career, Laura is passionate about the environment and animal welfare, previously taking a year’s career break to help a struggling PDSA charity shop. A mum to one human and one rescue pup, she is driven to make the world a brighter place for everyone and actively promotes recycling, plant based eating, and cruelty free shopping. Laura supports the Mortality Alliance by helping us engage with organisations who wish to be more compassionate and supportive to employees who are facing grief or end of life. Having lost a close friend and colleague to sudden death, Laura knows the importance of the employer's role during such times. She advises on workplace compassion, employee welfare, and bereavement support.
