Anam Cara Parent Bereavement Group aims to take a holistic approach to bereavement. By holistic, they mean an all-inclusive universal approach, that will appeal to everyone who has lost a child. They offer opportunities for bereaved parents to share ideas, talk about their child and their lost hopes and aspirations for them. They endeavour to talk and listen at Anam Cara because they are both powerful healers in their own way. They will not pass judgement or dole out advice as they are experts only in their own grief.
